who is the course for?

This course is for dive leaders and all scuba divers who would like to encounter ragged-tooth sharks in Sodwana Bay with the least amount of disturbance, whilst broadening their knowledge of the species.

why do we need a course?

Ragged-tooth sharks are large toothy marine predators and are easily approached by scuba divers, making them a very popular wildlife spectacle for many divers. But given the docile nature and resting behaviour of this species, research shows scuba divers can inadvertently disturb these sharks causing them to move away from rest areas.
